Can I trust who Select Cleaning brings into my home or business?
OF COURSE! We pride ourselves in our top notch training. All of our cleaning experts are insured and they are interviewed in-person and must pass a nationwide background check. We also conduct quality inspection checks regularly.
Do you service my area?
We service New Jersey and Staten Island.
What is required of me in order to have a cleaning?
All customers MUST have the following:
- Running Water & Access to it
- Electricity & light bulbs throughout the home (we can not clean in the dark)
- Air Conditioning
- NO BUGS OR RODENTS ( If we show up to a clean and there are any bugs or rodents (example roaches, mice, rats, mice poop) we will immediately leave & you will be charged for the entire clean as all of this information is given at the time of booking.
Do you bring your own supplies and equipment?
Yes we do! We will arrive with everything that is needed to clean your home or apartment. We can accommodate special requests – such as using exclusively green products when we clean your home.
Do you clean ceiling fans?
We do if it can be reached with a 3 step ladder.
Can I request a special task or extras?
Of course! Just respond to your confirmation email or leave us a comment regarding what additional tasks you’d like to have done.
What kind of cleaning do you NOT do?
WE DO NOT CLEAN UP FECES OF ANY KIND OR WASH DISHES.
What is the 1-hour window?
We allow our technicians to arrive within 1hour of your scheduled time to accommodate unpredictable traffic.
Cancellation/Reschedules
Please note that if service is canceled with less than 48 hours notice, we are unable to access the home upon arrival, or are turned away at the door, a cancellation/lockout fee equal to half the service price will be charged to the card on file.
What if something goes wrong during my appointment?
We treat our customers home with the utmost respect. In the event that an accident were to occur during our service, we’ll do our best to repair or replace the item. Our cleaning professionals are fully insured, so claims can be filed when appropriate. Supervisors are just a phone call away.
